Books
Here are some books I recommend. You can find them many places online, but I encourage you to buy them from local and independently-owned bookstores whenever possible. Most of the links below take you to the University Bookstore, a locally owned store that offers free shipping.
Structural Integration

Hellerwork Client Handbook
This is a basic outline of the anatomy and themes of the Structural Integration Series. Hellerwork uses 11 sections, and Structural Medicine uses a 12-section framework.
Bodymind by Ken Dychtwald
This book, from head to toe, describes many approaches to the body-mind connection.
Bodywise by Joseph Heller
This book offers a more in-depth look at the Structural Integration series.
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
Daring Greatly by Brené Brown
Brené Brown explores vulnerability as a strength, instead of a weakness, one which leads us to greater connection. I like how the author discusses aligning self-worth with one’s values.
Peace is Every Step by Thich Nhat Hanh
Envision that with every step you take a flower blooms in your wake.
