Current Office Status

My office is now closed due to the COVID-19 situation. Close contact is unavoidable in my practice. I want to avoid any chance of contracting or transmitting the virus to my clients, my family, or to myself. I will re-open when I think it is safe.

In the meantime, my email and voicemail will remain active and I will respond to all enquiries. Please email me with questions or if you’d like to receive a notification when I re-open.

Free 45-minute Initial Consultation

I invite you to join me for this complimentary consultation so that you can learn more about the life-changing work of structural integration. We will use this time for you to share your story, for me to answer questions, and to collaborate on how to best help you reach your goals.

Structural Medicine Series

Structural Integration provides best results when done as a series of appointments. Each Structural Medicine session includes postural analysis, hands-on manual therapy, and movement education. Learn more »

Individual sessions last 80 minutes and cost $180.
6 sessions – prepay and save 5% = $1026.
12 sessions – prepay and save 10% = $1944.


What to Wear

For the manual therapy portion of the session, clients typically are in their undergarments: men in their underwear (please no boxer shorts) and women in their underwear and a bra (opening in the back please). If shorts are preferred, please wear loose (not tight-fitting) shorts. This is to support the visual assessment, movement education, and bodywork parts of each session.

Payment

Payment in cash or check is due at time of service.

I do not accept insurance, but can give you an appropriate receipt (superbill) for possible reimbursement from your insurance company. 

I cannot make any guarantees or estimates regarding what reimbursement your plan might allow. Please email me if you would like a worksheet re: what questions to ask your insurance company.


No-Show & Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me at (206) 527-8628 or email dahveedg@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a no-show/late cancellation fee.

No-show/late cancellation fees are the sole responsibility of the patient. Thank you for your consideration of my time and that of my other clients.
