I invite you to join me for this complimentary consultation so that you can learn more about the life-changing work of structural integration. We will use this time for you to share your story, for me to answer questions, and to collaborate on how to best help you reach your goals.

Structural Medicine Series

Structural Integration provides best results when done as a series of appointments. Each Structural Medicine session includes postural analysis, hands-on manual therapy, and movement education. Learn more »

Individual sessions last 80 minutes and cost $180.
6 sessions – prepay and save 5% = $1026.
12 sessions – prepay and save 10% = $1944.

What to Wear

For the manual therapy portion of the session, clients typically are in their undergarments: men in their underwear (please no boxer shorts) and women in their underwear and a bra (opening in the back please). If shorts are preferred, please wear loose (not tight-fitting) shorts. This is to support the visual assessment, movement education, and bodywork parts of each session.

Payment

Payment in cash or check is due at time of service.

I do not accept insurance, but can give you an appropriate receipt (superbill) for possible reimbursement from your insurance company. 

I cannot make any guarantees or estimates regarding what reimbursement your plan might allow. Please email me if you would like a worksheet re: what questions to ask your insurance company.


No-Show & Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me at (206) 527-8628 or email dahveedg@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a no-show/late cancellation fee.

No-show/late cancellation fees are the sole responsibility of the patient. Thank you for your consideration of my time and that of my other clients.

Please note:

My office building is actually two buildings south of North 45th Street. Access is on Sunnyside Ave North. There is a twin building to my building on the southwest corner of North 45th Street and Sunnyside Ave North. Going south, pass a courtyard and then, south again, my building and then, south again, regular residential houses.

The elevator to the 3rd floor is halfway down the courtyard. Press the button for 3 (not 3R). Door to the stairs is to the right of the Wallingford Workspace sign (see photo). Come right up to the 3rd floor.
